Are you a saver or a spender?
I’m a saver, but not out of any great discipline. Growing up on a farm, you learn early that money comes in seasons, not months. Hospitality is the same, so it’s important to set money aside in the good months because the quieter months are coming. Where I do spend money without hesitation is on ingredients and on the house and farm.
What was the first job you received money for, and how much were you paid?
